Eliška Froschová Stehlíková, Lidl Česká republika

Eliška Froschová Stehlíková works as the head of corporate communications at Lidl Czech Republic, where she manages external and internal communication and the sustainability agenda. She joined Lidl in 2018 as a CSR specialist and led social responsibility projects (the collection Srdce dětem, food collections, Lidl Forest, etc.) and coordinated the CSR team. Soon after starting, she concluded the last year of the successful Rákosníčkové hřišť project. She is responsible for CSR communication and issuing reports on sustainable development. Before joining Lidl, she worked in the communication departments in the non-profit sector (Sue Ryder Home and the Coalition for Easy Donations) and in the cultural sphere (Prague Symphony Orchestra FOK). She started working in the field of CSR at Tchibo. She studied the Czech language and literature at the Faculty of Arts of Charles University.
