Eva Šípková has spent the better part of her 15-year career in the retail environment, working in leading positions in the retail chains Zara and Intimissimi. She gained experience with excellent customer service during her studies in the USA. She joined Alza more than three years ago with a vision to change the company culture and put the customer in first place. She built the CX department in Alza from scratch, introducing working processes and measurable KPIs, and she aims to bring the company closer to the standards of the American market. Eva believes that you must always tell the customer the truth – no hidden fees, and not even free shipping. Her big dream is to bring a fantastic customer experience to the Central European e-commerce market thanks to Alza.
