Petra Ondrušová, Česká spořitelna

Petra Ondrušová currently holds the position of chief sustainability officer at Česká spořitelna. Her career is closely linked to banking, and she has gained experience in key management roles, such as the position of regional director of retail banking and director of Erste Premier. In April 2021, she took on the role of chief diversity officer, where she successfully implemented strategies to increase diversity and inclusion. She has continued this role and is further expanding it in her current position, where she focuses on creating and implementing a long-term sustainable development strategy into the operations of the largest bank on the Czech market. Her ambition is to prove that sustainability does not have to be an obligation or a burden but can be a source of innovation and long-term success.
